Alles wat ik doe, gaat over governance, bestuur en toezicht, checks and balances. Ik doe dat als mediator, adviseur, bestuurder, commissaris, docent, coach en – sinds 1988 – als advocaat. Door de verschillende rollen zelf te vervullen, weet ik daadwerkelijk hoe complex bestuurlijke- en samenwerkingsopgaven en conflicten kunnen zijn en waar een oplossing of uitweg kan worden gevonden.
Everything I do is related to governance and supervision, checks and balances. I work in this field as a mediator, advisor, executive, supervisory board member, lecturer, coach and — since 1988 — as a lawyer. Acting in these various roles has given me a deep understanding of just how complex governance and collaboration challenges and conflicts can be, and where a solution or way forward can be found.
